- Debtors control
- Cashbook processing
- Payments to suppliers & supplier recons
- Cashflow management
- Supplier ordering & monitoring of stock levels
- Monthly management accounts & adhoc reporting
- Preparing of monthly / quarterly reports for various stakeholders
- Costing of stock transported by road and seafreight
- Capturing of stock onto the system
- VAT submissions
- Must be proficient in Pastel evolution , excel and word
