Financial Analyst - Hybrid in DC!
About the Company and Opportunity:
Our repeat client is a well-known organization in DC!
Due to growth, they are hiring a temporary Financial Analyst in their DC office to work hybrid!
This organization loves to promote from within and depending on performance and fit this could become a permanent position!
Pay: $40-50/hr depending on experience
Duration: Contract-to-hire

Overview of the Financial Analyst role:
Support the budgeting process
Conduct financial planning analysis (FP&A)
Prepare and analyze financial reports for forecasting & budgeting
Assist with revenue recognition
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related required
10+ years' accounting experience
Blackbaud Financial Edge experience a plus
Proficient Excel skills preferred
