- Complete BCom Accounting or,
- ICM (minimum level V)
- Advance Excel
- SAP
- Credit vetting (TransUnion / CGIC / Coface)
- Manage a team of 3 Credit Controllers (Due the growth of the business the scope will increase)
- Innovatively continue to streamline and enhance the Credit control procedures
- Develop a system for efficient monitoring of amounts due by debtors and immediately address and potential risks or concerns
- Implement a system for monthly and quarterly reports while training your supervisor to prepare the reports
- Prepare cashflow forecasts
- Ensure the legal book is efficiently controlled
- Maintain an effective credit vetting system, thus ensuring proper assessment of potential customers
- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure optimisation of revenue while ensuring risks and losses are minimised.
- Formulate processes to review credit notes, discounts and other adjustments processed in the debtors accounts
