Overview of the Financial Analyst:

The Financial Analyst will perform extensive data-gathering and analysis
The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the Real Estate team to develop and enhance strategies for DMA's and trade areas
The Financial Analyst will maintain Real Estate evaluation model that incorporates key investment metrics
The Financial Analyst will determine and continually evaluate key correlators of successful net growth
The Financial Analyst will support senior leadership with financial models and analysis

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related
2+ years experience as Financial Analyst
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Real Estate industry experience (+)
Advanced knowledge of Excel (+)
