DESCRIPTION

Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) - External Reporting Associate

The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team is responsible for providing accurate, complete and

consistent data for aggregation and analysis in support of critical regulatory requirements for the SEC, Federal

Reserve Bank, OCC, FDIC, and FFIEC. The FRRA team supports the line of business external reporting teams and

our goal is to continuously improve the reporting process through enhancements to the control environment and

the operating model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Additionally, this role requires the individual to:

* Participate in and oversee various aspects of the production and review of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports filed with various regulatory agencies. Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financialdata for accuracy and completeness.

* Perform quarter-over-quarter variance analysis and review.
