Payroll Analyst (EMEA)

Your responsibilities

• cooperate closely with local in-country teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for your respective market
• analyse variance, payroll controls for accurate payslip generation
• provide expertise on payroll issues, resolve employee queries and solicit advisement for complex queries
• ensure adherence to compliance
• manage payroll reports for respective markets
• prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits, and garnishments
• process benefit costs, like insurance fees and sick leaves
• manage payment calendars for the fiscal year
• liaise with external vendors and stakeholders (third party vendors, government authorities)
• take significant part in payroll related projects, e.g. process automation, system integration

Our requirements

• fluency in English. Any other European language would be a big advantage (e.g., German, Danish, Dutch, Romanian, French, Hungarian)
• at least 1 year of experience in the payroll/accounting/finance field
• strong customer service orientation
• good knowledge of Excel
• team player - empathetic, supportive, and collaborative
• ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
