Vaco has partnered with a Financial Services client located in Scottsdale, looking for a new Accountant to join their growing team. The accounting department is looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is excited to be very hands-on.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Must have at least Associates Degree in Accounting
