THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to specialise in Receivables and Commissions.

Key responsibilities include:

Raise and check invoices prior to distribution.
Organise enquiries into the relevant mailboxes and provide query resolution.
Aid consultants on all invoicing queries.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
Allocate and post daily cash.
Analyse, monitor and manage company accounts.
Liaise with clients on outstanding invoices.
Aid the Transactions Manager in all aspects of credit control.
Contribute to audit preparation via month-end routines and year-end accounts.
Assist with bank account reconciliations.
Collaborate across the Finance Teams, including Receivables, BSP and Management Accountants.
Aid in the preparation and testing of new system implementations.

Essential requirements:

Minimum 1 years Accounts Payable, Receivable and Collections experience within the travel industry.
Previous Accounts Receivables experience.
Experience with Travcom and other finance travel packages.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Excel.
This position is paying up to £30k for the right candidate
