We are looking for a Credit Assistant to join a successful company based in Kenilworth.
The office is based a 5 minute walk from Kenilworth train station.
Free parking on site.
Company bonus scheme.
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Salary - £21,000
You will be working within the National Accounts Department for top companies such as Coca Cola, BT, Travis Perkins and EDF.
The department has enjoyed substantial sales growth in recent years, we are looking for an additional person to strengthen the team of 7 people in a busy office environment.
We are looking for someone who has an outgoing friendly personality with a few of years finance experience.
In the coming months our finance departments are moving onto a new software package called Workday therefore having some knowledge of the system would be useful.
Job Specification
Daily allocation of large values payments accurately & efficiently
Liaise with clients in order to collect late payments and resolve any debt issues
Reconciling customer statements
Taking incoming calls to resolve daily queries and internal issues.
General Admin work
Good knowledge of Excel (V-lookup, Macro’s)
WorkDay software experience (but not essential)
Liaise with Customers to resolve ongoing issues
Responsible for key/blue chip customers – payments/ statements/ reconciliations/ queries (e.g: – Coca Cola/ BT/ Travis Perkins/ EDF)
Build a rapport with co-workers and customers Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Routines
Produce weekly/ monthly consolidated invoices and MI reports
Distribution of customer statements
Month end tasks
Credit Checks for potential customers
Monitor & review credit limits Job Skills
Good communications skills with co-workers & clients
Strong organisational skills
An analytical mind
A good eye for detail
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Excellent keyboard skills
