They envisage the role of Finance Business Partner to be commercially focused and varied with the below some of the key responsibilities involved:

Identify operational processes, inefficiencies and recommend necessary improvements
Managed working capital reporting including daily inventory transactions & reconciliations
Data gathering to generate meaningful information for driving improvement initiatives
Promote cost awareness through informative reporting
Manage external auditors stock take expectations
Contributing to ad hoc financial projects
Embed new system SOP's for associated tasks
For this Finance Business Partner position we’re looking for the following:

Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Commercially focused
Someone with the ability to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders & colleagues at all levels
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Analytically minded
