Location - Reading / Basingstoke Area
Salary starting at 55,650 dependant on experience

You will create strong relationships in complex environments by leading numerous teams balancing resources to enable financial information and insight to be provided to drive business performance.
You will deliver improvements in financial awareness and acumen across the AWE.
You will provide constructive challenge, scrutiny, insight and analysis to the Business/Budget Holders on their financial plans and programmes.
We would like you to have experience of:

You will deliver improvements in financial awareness and acumen across the AWE.
You will provide constructive challenge, scrutiny, insight and analysis to the Business/Budget Holders on their financial plans and programmes.
We would like you to have experience of:
- Interfacing and reporting effectively with key stakeholders across and outside the business
- A business leadership role
- Leading, managing and integrating different financial teams
- Influencing sound business strategies to deliver savings and efficiencies
- Dealing with complex business issues.
- Stakeholder management skills with ability to work collegiately at all levels
- Critical analysis to recommend for operating unit benefits
- Microsoft Office specialist skills associated with the role
- Proficiency with a cost management tool / business system
- Creating effective stakeholder relationships
- Working in a finance environment
- Leadership
- Having operated in a similar or related role, ideally in Defence/MOD/ Nuclear or Regulated
Willing to obtain the security clearance required for this role
