Group Financial Accountant - Multinational Business
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading professional services. Its mission is to support clients by putting the power of a globally integrated firm at their disposal that offers a range of seamless and efficient services from the very best commercial minds.
What you’ll be doing:
The Group Financial Accountant will be responsible for the external financial reporting of the Group and UK subsidiaries. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will help drive the continuous improvement of global financial close and monthly reporting control processes, as well as developing group cash management procedures and controls. This will involve a focus on day to day operational tasks but will also provide the opportunity to work on, and implement a variety of projects.

What we need you to bring to the business:
- Excellent academic record of achievement
- Qualified finance professional (ACA or ACCA)
- Excellent technical, analytical and organisational skills
- Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
- Strong Excel skills - (pivot tables; vlookup and sumif formulas) - Macros/Power Query/Power BI experience advantageous
- Outstanding communicator both written and verbal
- Emotionally intelligent - with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
