Your new company
Is a multi-million established hospitality business based in Chorley who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join the team.

FULL TIME Position.

Your new role

Matching and inputting purchase invoices and credit

  • Matching purchase orders
  • Payment Runs
  • Liaising with departments to ensure purchase orders.
  • Supply Res
  • Weekly Bank Runs
  • Assist with month end.
  • Handling all post/emails related invoices and any other related duties including scanning
  • Supporting the finance team as required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Use to a fast-paced environment.
  • Hard working
  • Ambitious
  • Adaptable to business requirements within set deadlines
  • Ability to set out priorities.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2 years experience within a purchase ledger role.
  • Use to a fast-paced environment.
  • Use of Excel or Oracle - desirable.
