Your new company
A well established education organisation is looking for a Financial Controller. With a strong presence across the South and a brilliant reputation, they are seeking a Finance professional to support them as they continue to grow and develop.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be taking on a key role overseeing a small team of experienced finance professionals. You will cover both the commercial partnering as well as the technical reporting, playing a key part in the completion of the audit process and statutory accounts. You will also be a key part in systems implementations projects. Duties include:

• Audit
• Month end
• Streamlining processes and implementing new systems
• Manage a team of 5 in addition to a new function

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with proven experience in audit and managing finance teams. A keen interest in developing relationships, progressing in your career, and education/charity experience would be highly advantageous.
