A growing and renowned food and beverages services business based in West London.
Description
The key responsibilities for this permanent Assistant Accountant role based in West London are;
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly management pack
- Assist in the preparation and review of VAT returns
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly balance sheets
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for businesses
- Updating weekly cash flow for the businesses
- Assist in reviewing future cash flows with finance team to ensure cash is carefully managed
- Assist in the preparation of accruals and prepayments schedules
- Detailed cost and variance analysis
- Review Management Account queries from the restaurant managers
- Assisting with payroll runs
- Payment runs and bank reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure payments are made to agreed timescales within cash constraints
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
Profile
The successful candidate for this Management Accountant role will have:
- Good finance exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
