Your new company
A rapidly growing and entrepreneurial property investment manager is looking to onboard a Management Accountant. The business has seen phenomenal growth having grown in 2022. Its strategy of investing, developing and operating commercial and residential property has allowed it to secure strong investor backing from large institutional investors, pension funds and academic endowments.


Your new role
You will be managing a portfolio including the production of financial accounts. Preparing monthly /quarterly/yearly management accounting. Calculating quarterly loan and covenants compliance. Preparing quarterly board reports and liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure strict deadlines are met. Preparing rolling monthly, annual cashflow forecasts

What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills, strong management accounts skills. The ideal candidate will be looking to progress their career, as they are looking for a passionate, career driven individual who can grow both with the company and into the role. ACCA/CIMA/ACA/QBE or part-qual
