Syston - Hybrid Working
9 Month - Fixed Term Contract
SF Recruitment are working with an excellent modern & forward thinking business based in Syston, Leicester in their search for an Accounts Assistant. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a superb business with flexible & hybrid working available. This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. All candidates must be immediately available or available at short notice.
As the Accounts Assistant you will:
- Assist, allocate and produce remittances for commission payments.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ensure payments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely fashion to allow prompt payments.
- Creation of outbound payments and resolution of unallocated cash queries.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations.
Skills and Experience Specification:
- Accounting technical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of reconciliation process
- Pro-active approach, inquisitive by nature with a strong eye for detail
- Problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Excel
