Finance System Analyst (FT/PT+ fully flex hours) - Up to 38K

-Contract (12 months with the possibility of extension)

-Hybrid after 6-8 weeks, office based in the first instance

-Flexible on hours (FT/PT can be 3 days a week)

Now they have an opening for a talented finance systems analyst to join their high-performing finance team to play a key role to evolve their finance system and help them to fulfil the mission. And they are willing to provide generous packages and benefits.

The Role

  • Would you like to act in a key role in the finance team? To conduct a deep and thorough analysis of finance software systems and get the best one supporting an efficient and smooth finance service to our schools, and assist in the implementation of school systems and integration of finance processes.


  • Would you like to take ownership of technical and operational support for the day-to-day operation of the financial management system, HR & Payroll system, fee billing system, and payment facilities.


  • Would you like to represent the sterling finance team, and facilitate the negotiation with external software providers? If yes, this is for you!


The Ideal Candidate

Must haves:

  • Solid understanding of finance systems and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills to enable the development.
  • implementation of agreed finance software changes.
  • Communication skills both internally and externally.


Nice to haves:

  • Experience in relevant roles.
  • Passion for the education & charity sector.
