This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable and well-known accounting practice as a Client Services Coordinator/ Executive Assistant to 2 Senior Partners.

The successful candidate will have the following key duties:
  • Support our Corporate Advisory Partner and Super Partner in an EA capacity;
  • Support financial metrics e.g. PIQ Reports and invoicing;
  • Create and maintain client files, while communicating directly with clients addressing queries;
  • Daily diary, correspondence and email management for firm Partners;
  • Administrative and operational support to our teams;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders;
  • Accurate administration of client-related files, document management;
  • Debtor management of clients, liaising with FeeSynergy;
  • Overflow from other CSC team members, including Tax Administration and Corporate Secretarial support;
  • Provide Marketing support as required;
  • Fee posting for firm partners;
  • Preparation of engagement letters, proposals and reports; and
  • Minute-taking and preparation of meeting agendas;
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar CSC, PA or EA role, ideally within professional services and accounting industries;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent IT literacy. Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. Virtual Cabinet) and APS beneficial;
  • Driven and self-motivated;
  • Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required;
