Our four power brands, Nutra-Life, Healtheries, Aussie Bodies and Musashi have been empowering healthier lives in Australia, New Zealand, and over 30 countries world-wide for over 100 years.

Health and wellness is our passion. We Care, We Act, We Succeed…and we win through having the best people!

Your Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced Payroll person who is looking for a part-time role - perhaps you want to work school hours, you are studying; or perhaps to accommodate looking after family members?

Don't be fooled by the great hours - you'll be contributing as a subject matter expert to a complex
payroll of around 500 team members across NZ and AU as we embed a sophisticated and leading cloud-based payroll system. Therefore, it is preferred that your payroll experience spans both countries.

What you'll be doing:
  • Working with the BA/ Payroll Specialist; assisting with preparing and managing weekly and monthly pay runs
  • Updating employee payroll details/changes
  • Answering payroll queries and resolving payroll matters
  • Ensuring IRD and ATO payroll tax filing obligations are met
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system implementation
  • All the other good stuff that payroll people do!

About You:
  • You are a team player and can offer flexibility to cover leave
  • You've a minimum 2-3 years' exposure to payroll in a medium to large company
  • Great data entry skills, proficient in the use of Excel and comfortable with new technology
  • You work at pace, meet deadlines and are well organised
  • Exceptional attention to detail (of course)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with a cloud-based, self-service payroll system would be an advantage although not essential.

Why is this the next great opportunity for you?

You will be working for a market leader in health and wellbeing products within a fun and connected Finance Team. We know that diversity is a strength and are committed to an inclusive workplace that respects all cultures, different ways of thinking, and supports our people to perform at their best and develop to their full potential.

What we offer:
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Great discounts on our products
  • Wellness initiatives
  • A day off on your birthday
  • Subsidised on site Café
  • Plenty of off streetcar parking
  • A fun and supportive work environment
