An exciting role working for a growing, ethical financial services business based close to St Neots.
This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid working available after the initial probationary period.
A great opportunity for someone who is working towards their AAT, CIMA or ACCA to join a commercial and very forward thinking business with family values at it’s core.
This is a very hands on role where you will be supporting the Financial Controller and have a great deal of exposure within the business. The role is office based 9-5 (or 8.30 - 4.30) Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a regulatory environment (Insurance, Financial Services etc) but this is not essential and duties will be varied and include:
Key duties:
Support the Finance Team, producing timely and accurate management information, reconciliations and variance analysis
• Working with the Finance Controller to ensure the highest levels of support for the business, the board of directors and partners
• To work in accordance with the FCA Client Asset Sourcebook and internal policies and procedures
• Exposure will be gained across the business and there will be the opportunity to get involved in a range of areas within the finance function as the role develops.
Training will be offered on all company systems and procedures.
