About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.

The Position

You will act as an expert within Social Media strategy and activation, in order to deliver best in class recommendations, execution and community management that will drive business impact for our affiliates.

You will work in cross functional team with Global MCE strategists, content creators, account owners and brand managers. Additionally, this role will be collaborating with external partners and vendors across HQ, regions, and affiliates.
  • You will execute community management tasks following guidance and processes from Digital Media Hub and plan, co-develop and implement Social Media activation strategies in collaboration with global commercial teams and local affiliates.
  • You will be collecting and analysing data, optimising paid media activities, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in social media campaigns.
  • You will co-define, monitor, and adjust KPIs reflecting business objectives and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies. Superusers of Social Media marketing tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business manager, Hootsuite etc.
  • You will understand multi and omnichannel approach to paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights. Alongside, you will monitor website performance and track user engagements across platforms.

Qualification
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or above in relevant area.
  • You should have 6+ years of relevant work experience with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • You must have knowledge of Adobe Analytics dashboard and privacy policy, regulations, and limitations of each social media channels across the world.
  • A proven hands-on work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager. You should have hands on experience and a master user of Social Media Analytics.
  • Experience in conflict management.
  • Strong understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers will be required for this role.
  • You must have strong stakeholder management skills.
