About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.

The Position

By working closely with key colleagues in the Customer Engagement Team and internal stakeholders in Multichannel Excellence and Operations (MEO) Team, and website owners to drive business impact for our global and local websites.
  • You will plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies and involved in executing tests, collecting, and analysing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • You will be tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns - including building reports and dashboards.
  • You will be managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • You will be responsible for creating dashboard in google data studio and a Master user of SEMRUSH tool for SEO audits
  • You will ensure data integration to Paid Media dashboard and regularly perform thorough keywords research. In addition to this, you will identify key SEO KPIs in line with business objectives and monitor KPIs such as redirects, click rate, and bounce rate.

Qualification
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or above in relevant area.
  • You should have 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • You must be a hands on expert in your field and have your digital tool box in order in particular within SEO and SEM.
  • Should have experience as a master user of Google Ads.
  • Hands on experience and master user of SEMRUSH or equvilante webiste audit tool.
  • Knowlegde of Site Imporve .
  • You must have expert knowledge and hands on experience within SEO and SEM and medium understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers.
  • Strong data understanding and interest and strong stakeholder management skills are required for this role.
  • You'll be a preferred candidated if you have Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills.
