Our client is a non-for-profit scholarship foundation that is sponsored by two governments. The organisation promotes bilateral educational and cultural exchange for over 70 years with the central focus on developing long-lasting, productive bilateral relations, partnerships, and connections between the two countries.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join an organisation with a well-established corporate team where you will be responsible for the day to day accounts processing, assisting with payroll and supporting the Finance Manager. This role is well suited for someone who is looking to return to the workforce or someone who is looking for flexible work arrangements.

In addition to this, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with a wide range of people.
A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping will be highly regarded.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Payment of invoices, payroll, and stipends (two different currencies)
- Assist the Finance Manager with the annual budget
- Prepare the financial acquittals of the funding contracts and grantee payments
- Assist the Finance Manager with the audit and the annual report
- Coordinate with stakeholders on the management of sponsor contracts, including annual invoices and financial review of current and new agreements
- Assist with HR records and payroll functions
- Lodgement of quarterly BAS reports
- Payment of superannuation contributions

- $60k - $75k + 12% Super + great salary sacrifice package (Fulltime equivalent salary)
- Permanent part-time (24hrs/week)
