£23,000 - £25,000 plus study support for CIMA/ACCA and hybrid remote working
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Raising high volumes of invoices/credit notes
- Ensure customer requirements are met and all invoices/credit notes are created correctly and raised within agreed terms
- Maintain & reconcile bank accounts to customer credit card payments daily
- Dealing with customer / partner enquiries effectively and professionally in a timely manner
- Driving continuous improvement to invoicing processes
- Processing of payments received into finance systems
- Reconciling accounts to maintain a healthy sales ledger
- Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes, and communicating out to the wider business
- Responsible for regular month end tasks
- Work with the Financial Accounting team to resolve any issues with revenue recognition
- Any other ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate related to Finance activities
Person specification:
- Demonstrates experience in an accounts receivable or general finance role
- The ability to think quickly and to apply your initiative and commercial mindset to solve problems
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivots Tables)
- Great attention to detail and accuracy- working consistently to a high standard
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage own workload
- Willingness to grow and expand their role as the company grows
