Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations you will be a part of the 1-House (1H) team an internal integrated marketing skills network consisting of industry-leading in-house marketing capabilities and deliver marketing excellence.

The opportunity:
Your key accountabilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide financial accounting support for the team including management of media PO's
- Manage the Capex process on behalf 1H and to support the broader Finance Agenda
- Facilitate and manage the end-to-end Asahi Capex process including review of business cases prior to submission, seeking approvals, communication with managers on outcomes, and forecasting and reporting
- Provide financial accounting support which includes month end processes and journals, balance sheet recs, PO raising & reconciliation, WBS code management & receipting, reconciliation of all external invoices, Commercial reporting & analytics and annual planning & reconciliation.
About You
You have demonstrable experience and knowledge of management reporting, requirements and processes with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships.
Additionally, you have:
- Graduate qualification of Bachelor of Commerce (or similar)
- Post graduate qualification
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience within a multinational FMCG environment in financial roles
