This role will be responsible for monitoring and processing incoming payments with accuracy and efficiency, resolving client billing issues as well as reconciling to ensure all payments are accounted for.
The successful applicant will have;

This role is Monday to Friday 27-35 hours per week and could be within school hours. There may be some additional hours required during the training period.
Applicants must be either a New Zealand resident or hold a current work visa.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in accounts receivables or similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Be a team player and open to assisting across other finance roles
- Be well organised and able to manage time effectively
- Keep a cool head during challenging situations
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up new systems with ease.
