ROLE:Finance Assistant 12 month fixed term contract
HOURS: 37.5hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance Team as a Finance Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, to cover maternity leave.

WHAT OUR FINANCE ASSISTANT WILL DO:

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Daily/weekly bank account reconciliation
• Branch stock monitoring and query support
• Monitor online query portals
• Various branch KPI reporting
• Various overhead reporting
• Internal branch audits (can involve travelling and overnight stays)
• Sales document checks
• Daily branch query support & resolution

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR FINANCE ASSISTANT:

• 3 years + experience in finance/accounts environment or a purchase ledger and credit control environment
• Experience with accounting systems
• Competent in excel
• SAP experience would be beneficial
• AAT qualified would be beneficial
