This position would suit an individual looking for a full time role or 2 Part time candidates looking for a job share! As the Accounts Assistant you will assist the Financial Controller with the preparation of the management accounts & day to day running of the finance function, including but not limited to; - Treasury Management - posting of Cash & Bank reconciliations - Payment's preparation - Credit Management - Credit Control - AR & AP Processing - Posting of Sales Invoices & Credit Notes - Bad debt management - Query Management & customer liaison - Mailbox Management - Assist with preparation of VAT returns - Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts - KPI Reporting This role would suit either a progressive candidate looking to join a growing business or a strong Assistant Accountant with experience in a similar role. This role is predominantly an office based role however there is flexibility & ad-hoc remote working days. The ideal candidate will have good experience within a similar role, be a self-starter, driven & have a good level of Excel skills.
