Busy Bee Bookkeepers are a well-established business comprising of specialised bookkeepers based in the Peel Region in WA. About You:

You will enjoy an autonomous role in a fast-paced environment. You have a knack for juggling a magnitude of tasks for a variety of clients and above all, you love assisting small business in their plight for success. Most of all, you thrive under pressure are super organised and possess a high attention to detail.

Your overall objective is to manage a portfolio of businesses and provide clients with quality and accurate bookkeeping services whilst maintaining a calm and friendly manner.

Working flexible hours (30/38 per week), your main duties will include:
  • End to end bookkeeping for a wide range of clients within allocated portfolio.
  • Data processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and EOY tasks.
  • Processing and providing Payroll compliance support to clients.
  • Reviewing fellow team members' work & providing feedback and support.
  • Managing workflow and work completion of clients through our main workflow platform Karbon.
  • Providing client services management to a diverse range of industries with small business.
  • Development and maintenance of bookkeeper manuals for all clients.
  • System development and streamlining.
  • Client training and troubleshooting.
To be considered for this great position you will have:
  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Professional
  • 2 years previous experience with Accounts for Multiple Entities
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Equivalent
  • A Payroll Certification is desirable
  • The ability to prepare BAS's
  • Experience with Software Packages Xero & MYOB
  • Experience with Karbon is advantageous
  • A strong understanding of payroll compliance and legislation
  • The ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • The ability to work autonomously and be a supportive team member
  • Possess excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with clients and accountants and;
  • Uphold integrity of our systems and business values and industry codes of conduct.
