This National Construction and Management Services Business, require the immediate assistant of an experienced Accounts Payable officer to join their dynamic finance team. You will love the vibrant team culture and will work in a team of two in Accounts Payable. You will be processing Accounts Payable for a number of entities.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Data entry of invoices in Reckon system
• Matching Purchase Orders
• Managing approval process
• Set up of new vendors
• Assisting with set up of payment runs
• Dealing with supplier queries and AP inbox
• Processing for multiple entities
• Assisting with AR, Credit and other accounts duties

About You
The successful candidate will have/be,

• Experienced in Accounts payable processing
• Have used MYOB, XERO or Reckon or be able to pick up new systems
• A positive and professional team player
• A strong attention to detail and good communication skills
