This individual will be accountable for the management of the Field Agents allocated to a team and will double-up as a Field Agent when activities are being executed in field.

They will be responsible for obtaining leads relating to client product offerings in an assigned area and will be measured against a set of KPI's, which is directly linked to the client contract deliverables, as well as their own performance.

The Team Leader will be required to know and understand the product offering in it's entirety and must be able to convey the information to their team, as well as customers in such a way that they are able to convert the interaction into a successful lead.

They are also required to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

  • Ability to use a smartphone
  • Ability to capture on a business operating system
  • Ability to work hours outside of the normal Tue - Sun, 08h00 - 17h00
  • Basic Salary: R14 400 CTC
  • 1 month contract (December)
  • Weekend work will be considered as normal working hours This candidate must have their own reliable smart phone at all times with sim cards on at least two different service provider Networks
  • Must have access to a reliable and roadworthy passenger vehicle at all times that can carry 4 Field Agents and all elements
  • Know and train Field Agents on the product offerings' features and benefits and communicates the value proposition to provide a customer solution and gain commitment to buy-in
  • Ability to achieve targets and redirect own and teams' performance within 24 hours where required
  • Excellent understanding of telecommunications/internet infrastructure (would be an advantage)
  • Skills in problem solving; including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

Previous Work Experience
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a target driven environment
  • Experience in working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Evidence of experience working independently, with little or no supervision
  • Experience in managing field teams
