James Kay Associates are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-known events company in Nottingham, NG1 on 6-month temporary contract, could be longer to Permanent.
Full time hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, between 8am - 5pm
Paying up to £12.30ph
Nottingham city location
You will be responsible for
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Liaising with suppliers, 3rd parties and internal teams.
Matching Purchase Ledger invoices
Matching, checking, and coding invoices
Making payments via BACS and cheques, manually and electronically
Processing expenses, business and staff
Reconciliation of supplier statements
