Work We are seeking applications from officers who are qualified and competent to deliver legislative compliance in accordance with the Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014 and Dangerous Substances & Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR), with regards to storage of petroleum spirit. Responsibilities will include inspections, risk rating, compliance reports, reviewing applications for site modifications, and taking formal action where necessary.
Delivering legislative compliance across:
• Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014
• Dangerous Substances & Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR)
• Weights and Measures Act 1985
• Measuring Equipment Liquid Fuel and Lubricants Regulations 1995 Person Specification
• Diploma in Trading Standards or equivalent (including metrology)
• Demonstrable competency and experience dealing with all aspects of Petroleum Storage requirements and DSEAR
