You will work alongside the existing tax partner on a range of issues that include: tax planning for entrepreneurs, transition tax work, and advice on starting up and incorporating a business, transactional tax (acquisitions, disposals, restructuring), R&D, international tax, remuneration planning and income tax. In addition to the technical work, you will focus on client delivery and supporting the practice of business development initiatives.
