HRGO are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of large well established company located in Normanton with a national presence. They have on site parking and fantastic transport links making them ideally located for candidates from Wakefield, Leeds, Barnsley, and surrounding areas.

Benefits:

Starting salary of £21,000 rising to £22,000 after 6 months
30 days holiday including stats

Duties Include:

Assist in Purchase Ledger duties - Matching, Coding, posting of supplier invoices & creating new accounts.
Assist in Credit Control - speaking to customers, chasing outstanding debt , creating new accounts & maintaining customer records
Processing Expenses for employees, payment & reconciling
Reconciling Supplier Statements
Basic Bookkeeping
Taking calls & monitoring the inbox on a daily basis
Microsoft Excel reports
Assist with month end task
Other admin tasks which involves liaising with other departments & customers

Candidates require:

Experience in a similar role would be desireable
GCSE in English & Maths.
Confidence with IT and computer packages - Excel and Sage 200 an advantage.
Administration skills
Good communications skills, written and verbal
