What you’ll be doing:
As Group Internal Controls Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the global financial control and accounting policy framework to ensure that it is comprehensive, rigorous, robust and suitable to meet the needs of an international, complex and growing firm. This will involve fantastic exposure to wider finance, commercial and audit teams.

As Group Internal Controls Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the global financial control and accounting policy framework to ensure that it is comprehensive, rigorous, robust and suitable to meet the needs of an international, complex and growing firm. This will involve fantastic exposure to wider finance, commercial and audit teams.
Do you have the drive to support senior stakeholders and develop tools for them to use in delivering optimum commercial value?
What we need you to bring to the business:
- Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or international equivalent.
- Strong technical accounting expertise of international Groups with excellent knowledge of UK GAAP, group accounting, goodwill and capitalised development costs
- Experience of designing and implementing of controls across an international Group would be advantageous
- Able to build robust, sustainable relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems and Power BI.
- Experience of financial reporting and control in a multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional Group environment.
