Our client, a global award winning Branding / Marketing agency with offices around the world, has an opening for a fully qualified Senior Finance Manager to join their Central London finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Finance Manager to join a brand within the forefront of the marketing space. The Agency has a long-established reputation and has now become part of a Group that is established. The role offers plenty of scope for future development.

You will interact with Senior Management, helping develop systems and processes, while ensuring the day to day finance operations are managed and reporting timelines are met.

Key skills & experience required:
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong technical ability including experience of UK GAAP (particularly FRS 102), IFRS exposure would be beneficial.
  • Actively managed audits and prepared statutory accounts for a mid-sized company
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and ability to discuss numbers with all stakeholders including non-finance personnel.
  • Strong Excel (At least sum-if, v-look-up etc)
  • Systems’ ability (Paprika would be beneficial)
  • Self-starter, someone who can use their initiative and proactively push things forward
  • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, keen to get involved in company activities and events


Main duties include:
  • Partnering with Operational Managers for financial support and queries on the P&L and client billing.
  • Helping in the completion of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting
  • Producing monthly management accounts including month-end journal entries and analysis.
  • Managing the annual statutory audit
  • Preparing corporation tax computations
  • Assisting in systems implementation and development
  • Developing and implementing new policies
  • Preparing various quarterly and annual returns to HMRC/ONS
  • Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are prepared monthly
  • Producing the periodic VAT return
  • Managing fixed asset register and capital expenditure reporting
  • Ad hoc analytical work as required by Senior Management
