Experienced in building Scorecards within Credit Risk
Knowledge of SAS programming language
Knowledge of SQL
Analytical skills
Collections knowledgeLooking for a SAS expert in building, deploying and maintaining Statistical Models & Scorecards for Credit Risk management. Working closely with the Credit Risk and Fraud department, supporting the Consumer Collections & Recoveries Managers in delivering a programme of initiatives aimed at improving the overall Collections & Recoveries strategies, across all products and brands.

Skills & Experience

Expert in building, deploying and maintaining Statistical Models for Credit Risk management
Strong SAS tooling knowledge for detailed Credit Risk Analytics & Data Mining
Experienced in building Scorecards within Credit Risk
Detailed knowledge and experience in building statistical models to support Collections & Recoveries Risk Strategy
Expert in Credit Risk Collections & Recoveries methodology, systems and their application
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of building a wide range of statistical models & scorecards to manage credit risk assessments at behavioural levels
Experience of working in a high-volume Consumer Credit Risk environment
Degree level or equivalent experience in a financial, statistical or mathematical specialismYour Responsibilities

Own and manage components of the statistical modelling & analytical development of scorecards and strategies to ensure they are optimised in order to maximise profitability
Act as a subject matter expert in the field of Collections & Recoveries Credit Risk scorecard building
Implementation of the overall Credit Risk Collections & Recoveries strategy by working with key stakeholders
Manage the implementation and refinement of models and strategies, including all phases from trial, through rollout to ongoing performance monitoring
Represent Consumer Collections & Recoveries, Credit Risk in meetings and operational forums to promote the successful adoption of initiatives and policies within the wider businessBenefits
