Finance Manager- Financial Reporting - Oxford (Hybrid Working)- £60,000-£65,000- ACA/ICAEW/ACCA- Permanent- Audit Background
I'm currently partnering with an exciting client in the Oxford area who have undergone phenomenal growth over the last 5 years experiencing more than 20% growth year on year.
My client is currently looking to recruit a first time audit mover to join their growing team within a financial accounting role. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious candidates
to join a high growth PLC client and play a vital part in the production of year-end statutory accounts, improving processes and liaising with auditors among other key duties.
This Finance Manager role includes the following duties:
Producing year-end statutory accounts in line with relevant reporting standards
Liaising with external auditors during year-end
Business partnering with key stakeholders but within finance and the wider business
Working with the Finance business systems team in collecting and analysing data in an efficient way to be used in the
preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments calculations and reconciliations
Collaborate with the revenue accountants in developing and maintaining royalty calculation models
Responsibility over fixed asset accounting ensuring adherence to the company fixed asset policy and applicable IFRS standards
Interpretation of accounting standards, preparation of impact assessments/technical accounting memos
Ad-Hoc Duties
The desired candidate for this Finance Manager role should have the following experience:
ACA/ICAEW/ACCA Fully Qualified
Strong Excel Skills
Top 20 Audit Practice Background
Strong experience in auditing PLC clients
Advanced knowledge of IFRS reporting standards including IFRS 15 and 16
Strong communication skills
