Customer Relationship Management- Chief Operating Office (CRM COO) United Kingdom – Regional Officer (Corporate and Investment Bank)

You will be part of the CRM Chief Operating Office (CRM COO) which supports the broader CRM function through the management and administration of its core operations, including budget planning, human and financial resource management, strategic planning, oversight of organisational and infrastructure related change and transformation programs, stakeholder management, regulatory and audit management and is a key partner of Deutsche Bank’s ‘front to back’ business and infrastructure functions. CRM COO is instrumental in leading and facilitating the design, execution and delivery of global and regional programs including alignment with broader CB and IB strategy as well as support and leadership for critical projects.

Your key responsibilities
  • Key contact for regional initiatives for CRM COO in Europe; including issue management and resolution, business management and portfolio administration support tasks, strategic projects, support for regulatory engagements and initiatives, audit finding management and remediation
  • Key partner for business inquiries and requests and general internal stakeholder management
  • Support for regular internal audit and/or external regulator requests, including the collection and provision of documentation and information, preparation of inquiry responses, review, and validation of regulatory and/or audit submissions and regional regulatory adherence
  • Support for strategic change and transformation programs in partnership with business colleagues ‘change managers’ and internal technology staff

Your skills and experience
  • Banking / Financial services – preferably in Risk, with direct Credit Risk experience; Credit Officer experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM-relevant regulatory bodies and associated regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication skills with ability to facilitate targeted communication across variety of stakeholders (both internal and external) and across different levels of seniority
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, – strong presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, well organised and adaptable and able to work effectively to deliver across multiple deadlines
