CMA are working with a Business Services Group based in Portsmouth, where an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to oversee the credit control team and report into the Credit Control Manager for the Group.
What will the Senior Credit Controller role involve?
Ensuring that the team of credit controllers is regularly hitting KPI’s and managing call volumes adequately;
Managing any escalated queries in a timely and efficient manner;
Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports and reporting to Credit Control Manager;
Working with external debt collection agencies;
1-2-1’s and delegation of workload for the team, ensuring the team is resourced at all times.
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Credit Controller vacancy:
Previous experience in either a management role or a Senior Credit Control position with the desire to manage a team;
Target and result driven personality, willing to go the extra mile;
Strong communication skills.
