Our client are specialists in the provision and management of public toilets, the manufacture and installation of Modular buildings and the implementation of Footfall counting and Data Capturing.

Located in Calne, this is where the Financial team are based, and where the successful candidate will be based too.

This role is perfect if you are working towards your AAT, CIMA or ACCA qualification with a desire to build a career.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work within the Finance team and the Management team in a growing and successful business.

Essential Skills

The successful candidate will hold excellent knowledge and experience of;

Microsoft Excel, (macros, Vlookups and pivot tables)

Microsoft Access
Essential Criteria

You must be progressing towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)

You will be required to:

Support the finance team members in transactional processing as business volume grow to obtain a very detailed / hands on knowledge of the activities

Provision of financial management information to the Board and Managers associated with actual business performance, budgeting, forecasting and longer term financial planning.

To provide managers with appropriate cost management information on a regular, monthly and ad hoc basis.

Creation, amendment and maintenance of spread sheet models, databases for a range of Financial Accounting / Management Reporting requirements, including balance sheet reconciliations

Assist in the preparation of annual trading budgets and any longer-term forecasts

To assist with the preparation of year end accounting / audit files
