Inclusive consulting are delighted to be working with a nationally renowned communications business based in Mansfield, who are now on the lookout for a dynamic and successful finance manager, FP&A and reporting, to join their team.

The business pride themselves on the service that they provide to their customers and continue to build the great reputation and name for themselves which in turn has led to a consistent year on year revenue growth of over 20%.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified account with experience in FP&A and reporting to join a business who are not only growing financially but put staff wellbeing, safety and environmental considerations at the forefront of their services and put their staff and customers at the heard of what they do.

The key responsibilities of the role will involve;

* Developing and maintain weekly and monthly reporting timetables supporting the provision of timely, accurate and commercially informative reporting

* Take on existing, and further develop value/add financial and MI reporting in response to the growing needs of the business and to serve key stakeholders in the business to inform and aid the decision-making process

* To own the annual budgeting process including the budget models, coordination of inputs by the business owners and production of the budget presentation for the Board and Investors

* To maintain a regular reforecasting timetable, coordinating stakeholders and partnering the business units to understand the keydrivers of performance and ensure visibility of key risks and opportunities to the Leadership Team

* Provide value/add commentary on variance analysis and partner key stakeholders to ensure they understand the impact of their plans and initiatives on the delivery of the budget and business objectives

* Assess the existing software systems and identify opportunities to improve functionality and work with software partners to design and implement improvements

Key experience / Qualifications/Skills;

* CIMA or ACA qualified with post-qualified experience and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of FP and A and reporting

* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce financial reports to strict timetables

* Highly competent in analysing financial information and MI

* Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks

* Ability to produce financial reports with visual aids and present in a clear and concise manner

* Articulate in verbal and written communication and ability to build relationships with colleagues across the various departments and divisions of the business

* The ability to derive useful insight from MI/financial information, formulating an understand of problems, developing creative solutions and following through to implementation

On offer is a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits
