We are looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join our team in Gateshead, working across multiple contracts.

Manage and lead the credit control team, ensuring continuous improvement to credit control procedures and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Attend operational meetings with clients where necessary. Handling basic queries and assist in resolving any payment issue Implement the debt collecting processes on aged debtors, including telephone and email activity Use initiative to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill Assist with sales invoicing and other tasks of the accounts team as requiredYou’ll have:
3 years Credit Control experience Previous experience supervising a credit control function is desirable.
