Platform Adoption Consultant (Field based) - Permanent

What your day may look like as a Platform Adoption Consultant

To representthe Embark Groups Platform service & implementation proposition with Distributors through securing & leading implementation adoption of our Retail Platform and thus meeting sales targets.

How will you make an impactas a Platform Adoption Consultant

• Working with the Distributor business during the implementation phase to ensure a successful launch & integration with Embarks Platforms & processes
• Adopt a structured, project management approach utilising appropriate tools, when delivering Implementation plans to larger or key Distributors
• Consult with aligned distributors to explore and analyse their current implementation and support needs. Creating a bespoke roll out plan where required
• Attend and support pre TOB and early sales pitches as the technical Platform SME as well as Service and support representative
• Provide ongoing support and reviews to distributors & their support staff to ensure they further develop & maintain relationships that sustain profitable growth & support the overall Embark Sales Distribution Strategy
• Work alongside the Business Account Managers in identifying opportunities across wider panel in both new engagement opportunities as well as deepen existing
• Identify & execute on the training needs of distributors & their support staff in Embarks Platform service offerings & procedures
• To provide feedback into the various Platform development groups about issues with functionality and changes in market/competitor practices
• Depending on the distributors needs, at times be the single point of contact in terms of relationship management, responsible for business flows
• Responsible for the achievement of UK wide Platform targets and working alongside others in wider Distribution team to achieve these targets

What it takes to be successfulPlatform Adoption Consultant

• Retail Platform experience essential, preferably in a target based environment
• Relationship management experience, in building both new and deepening existing relationships preferably in a field based capacity
• Customer centric and a strong eye for support & development opportunities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment contributing to the overall success of the Distribution team
• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability and desire to be hands on
• Proven ability to work at pace in an environment of complexity and time based pressure, retaining high levels of accuracy and control throughout
• Certificate in Financial Services or J11

What makes you stand out?

• Training qualification/experience and/or project management based qualification/experience desirable
• Diploma in Financial Services aspirational
