A ground-breaking business solutions firm has engaged with NET Recruit to assist in their search for a talented Finance Business Partner to join their London based offices. This innovative and highly profitable firm are truly global in nature and offer clients solutions spanning Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand. This amazing firm are at a pivotal stage of their growth and have grown organically. However, more recently they have made several acquisitions that have further strengthened their offering and set them apart from competitors with a truly unique proposition. This award-winning firm are now embarking on a large finance change initiative and are looking for a highly commercially astute, charismatic, and ambitious Finance Business Partner to revolutionise the way Commercial Finance interacts with senior stakeholders globally.

Your Role and

Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:

Developing and enhancing relationships with operational managers across the business from middle management to executive levels, supporting them with analysis that drives commercial decision making.
Enhancing Divisional Managing Directors understanding of the financial drivers of their requisite business units and support them with key bids and tenders.
Ensuring that processes and procedures are continually improved and ensure opportunities for cost efficiencies are capitalised upon.
Designing a monthly reporting pack in an interactive way with the c-suite team to ensure key business drivers and metrics are appropriately captured and monitored.
Acting as a key sounding board at director and management meetings. Presenting relevant financial information, including overviews of the P&L performance versus Budget/Forecast, KPI’s, risk & opportunities and non-financial indicators that may enhance decision making.
What you will need to Apply:
The CFO and Head of Commercial Finance are looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) who has strong stakeholder management skills and a good track record of strategic business partnering cultivated in any sector. A continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge the status quo will also be highly desirable as the post holder will act as an agent for chance across the organization. BID exposure will also be very advantageous for this position.

The business operates a modern hybrid working model with only one day a week required in central London, the other days are work from home (however, occasional meetings may be required on a ad hoc basis). They are offering a base starting salary of £65,000 plus an additional 10% bonus and a superb peripheral packed that also includes perks like international team building trips.
