Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join a small and friendly team on Portland.



* Preparing, monitoring and distributing sales invoices

* Sales Ledger

* Credit control

* Reconcile customer payments

* Purchase ledger

* Review employee expenses and mileage

* Quarterly VAT reconciliations

* Payment runs

* Assist Finance Manager with management account preparation

* Assist with annual audit

* Ad hoc duties where required

You will need be highly organised and able to work quickly, this is a very busy role and there will be a high volume of work to get through each day.

Previous finance experience essential.

Sage line 50/200 experience would be advantageous.

37.5 hours a week

Monday to Friday

8am to 4:30pm
