Are you looking to start a career within accountancy? We are recruiting for an AAT Accounts Trainee on behalf of a highly successful accountancy firm in Maidenhead. This role would suit an ambitious, numerate school leaver who is looking for their first step into the industry and the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity and financial support to study AAT on a self-study basis.

Within this role, you will learn and carry out bookkeeping and invoice processing work and as your experience grows you will have the opportunity to progress through the team over time with knowledge, experience and exam success of course.

As AAT Accounts Trainee you will be trained to carry out the following:

* Producing sales and purchase ledger on behalf of clients

* Bookkeeping for clients

* Bank reconciliations

* Batching, coding and posting invoice

* All aspects of outsourced accounting up to trial balance

You will be trained in all aspects of the role, receiving inhouse training and you will have the opportunity to study AAT. The firm will cover the cost of the studies which you will carry out on a self-study basis. A wealth of knowledge will be available from the team to support your studies.

* Must live within a commutable distance of Maidenhead
