International Payroll & Benefits Advisor - £50,000 - £55,000 - City of London

Frazer Jones are exclusively partnering with a leading and growing financial services firm who are seeking a International Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis.

This role will be taking full ownership of UK and Global payroll and working closely with the head of reward on benefits administration.

Our client is offering hybrid working (2 days per week required in the office)

The Role:
  • Managing the monthly payroll for circa 130 employees in the UK and Germany and fortnightly payroll for 40 employees in New York, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Work closely and in collaboration with HR and Finance
  • Supporting the payroll providers in processing and administering the day-to-day duties for payroll in the UK, Germany and New York from start to finish including starters, leavers and statutory payments et
  • Must be able to do manual calculations alongside systems when needed
  • Ensure all day-to-day payroll tasks are completed in line with payroll processing calendar and controls, including month end and year end process and reporting, including P60 production in the UK
  • Monthly auto-enrolment and pension management
  • Manage the administration for employee benefits across all 3 jurisdictions which includes PMI, Purchase leave
  • Supporting with the implementation of an employee benefits portal
  • Supporting with the implementation of a global payroll system
  • Produce renewal data for benefits providers at renewal time
  • Provide high quality service and assistance to all of our employees on payroll, benefits and pension related queries across all 3 jurisdictions
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity at all times
  • Developing and maintaining up to date documentation: step by step guides, templates and guidance for all activities associated with payroll and benefits
  • Proactively propose, plan and drive improvement to the way we operate to drive efficiency, accuracy and streamlining processes
  • Participate in multiple projects as the business continues to evolve
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and work closely with the HR team.
